Rasmalai cake step by step
- First of all take a butter in large mixing bowl and add powder sugar and whisk it for 5 to 8 minutes, spongyness of cake depends on how long you can whisk both ingredients.
- After it take a all-purpose floor add baking powder and cardomon powder baking soda in it and mix with butter and sugar mixture whisk it with hand wisker.
- Add condensed milk and for ribbon type consistency add milk as per need pour in alluminium tin and.
