Korean Egg Dumpling. Today, we come to you with a new breakfast banchan (can I get a woot-woot?!) We'll be making Korean-Style Egg Dumplings. The name is slightly misleading – as they're not actually dumplings. Our dumpling dipping sauce recipe will go great with this yaki mandu recipe, spring rolls, steamed dumplings, or even egg rolls.

Korean Egg Dumpling Oil: Since we are pan frying these dumplings we will need a little oil to add to the pan to give them a crispy texture and a golden brown color. Korean dumplings are filled with a mixture of various meats and vegetables. Mandu is so versatile that you can use any type of meat you like (or none at all). Bahan Korean Egg Dumpling

  1. Gunakan 50 gr of Soun Naga.
  2. Sediakan 2 btr of Telur.
  3. Siapkan 2 btg of Daun Bawang.
  4. Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt of Garam.
  5. Diperlukan 1/4 sdt of Lada Bubuk.
  6. Siapkan 1/2 sdt of Kecap Asin.
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdt of Minyak Wijen.
  8. Gunakan 3 sdm of Minyak Goreng.
  9. Gunakan 1 sdt of Wijen Sangrai.
  10. Siapkan 2 sdm of Saus Cabe.

I typically use two types of meat/seafood for the complexity of flavor: pork and beef or pork and shrimp. Korean dumplings are traditionally made with a beef or pork filling, but chicken and vegetarian dumplings also are popular. Mandoo can be added to soup made with beef broth or anchovy broth (mandu guk) that also can be served with a traditional cylindrical rice cake (tteok manu guk). Versatile and delicious, mandoo are substantial enough for a main dish but also are good as snack or appetizer.

Langkah-langkah membuat Korean Egg Dumpling

  1. Siapkan semua bahan,irisi daun bawangnya,rendam soun dengan air panas selama 5 menit lalu tiriskan,setelah itu dipotongi dengan gunting, selanjutnya campur soun,telur,garam,Lada,kecap asin,minyak wijen dan daun bawang (sisakan sedikit untuk taburan).
  2. Aduk sampai rata,lalu panaskan penggorengan,beri sedikit minyak goreng (menuang minyaknya sedikit2 tiap hendak menggoreng) lalu tuang adonan 1 sendok sayur,masak sampai bagian bawahnya matang lalu Lipat..masak sampai matang,angkat..
  3. Letakan di piring saji Lalu taburi dengan wijen sangrai & irisan daun bawang…sajikan dengan Saus Cabe….selesai👌😉.
